This module will take participants on a journey of self-mastery & discovery. Participants will learn the importance of each dimension of self-leadership - time management, emotional intelligence etc.

Module 6: Becoming A Prosperous African Woman

Course

One of the challenges women face is how to build wealth as a 9-5er. There is a belief that you need a side hustle to augment what you earn in order to break through financially. This myth will be debunked in this module.

Module 5: Gaining Visibility in the Workplace

Course

Research shows that about 80% of women experience microaggressions at work. Career visibility is essential to building a reputable career and getting opportunities. You will learn the actionable steps you need to take to gain visibility at work.

Module 4: Developing Executive Presence

Course

This module takes you on a tour of intentionally developing the executive presence that places you at an advantage. At the end of the course, participants will be able to build personal brand, create awareness and establish their executive presence.

Module 3 - How to Build Wealth As A Working Woman

Course

One of the challenges women face is how to build wealth as a 9-5er. In this module, participants will learn how to build wealth as a working girl and identify investment opportunities and utilize them.

Module 2: Navigating Organizational Politics

Course

With this session, participants will learn what they need to improve relationships, navigate through office politics, set boundaries, and carry out their responsibilities without a need for manipulation or exploitation.
